erudeon v.o.f. is a Dutch general partnership building two products for university students in the Netherlands. It was previously trading as GradeGuru; the rename landed in August 2026.
The products
Pass The Year is exam preparation for students at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University of Amsterdam and Maastricht University. Students buy access to a programme's material and to live accelerator sessions. It is the system of record for identity, the content catalogue, pricing, orders and entitlements.
Flow is the social and events companion. Members find and host events, follow each other, and see what their university is doing this week. It shares one identity with Pass The Year, so a person is one Profile across both.
The two are one company and one account system, deliberately. A member never has two logins.
Where things run
| Surface | Address |
|---|---|
| Student app | app.passtheyear.com |
| Staff Hub | hub.passtheyear.com |
| Checkout | checkout.passtheyear.com |
| Flow | onlyonflow.com |
| Flow staff Hub | hub.onlyonflow.com |
| Marketing site | Framer, outside the codebase |
There is a native iOS app for Flow.
Staging, which is also development, runs on *.erudeon.com and never holds real student
data.
What we do not do ourselves
Payments are processed by Stripe; erudeon never touches card data. Accounting is a separate system and never lives in the app. The public marketing site is Framer's.
Everything touching access, identity, money, or personal data is built and owned here.
Who we answer to
erudeon is a data controller under the GDPR, for students and Flow members alike.
That is not a formality: it is why personal data never enters this repository, why
consent is recorded once per person across both products, and why
legal/processing-register.md exists.
