Runbooks

A runbook is followed under pressure by somebody who may not have done it before.

Every runbook follows templates/runbook.md: prerequisites, numbered steps each carrying the exact command plus expected result and if it fails, a verification checklist, a troubleshooting table, rollback, escalation, and a run history.

"Run the script" is not a step. "Run ops/release/rollback.sh v1.0.2 from the production box as root" is a step.

Write one with /runbook.
